Your assets are all exempt
You need a discharge quickly
You need a fresh financial start
You are current on your car or house payments
You are current with your taxes
You have not filed a chapter 7 within the last 8 years
Chapter 13
You are behind in your house payments and want to keep your home
You are behind in income or other tax payments and wish to pay the taxes back without interest or penalties
You are self employed, own a business and have many non-exempt assets
You have filed a chapter 7 within the last 8 years
You wish to pay back some or all of your debt
